1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be provided within the EdmFire platform.
2. Virtual Coins
Users purchase virtual coins via UPI payments. These coins are used for tournament entry within the app.
3. Refund Situations
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
✅ Refund Eligible
- Tournament cancelled by platform
- Technical error from platform side
- Duplicate payment
- Failure to join custom match — up to 90% coins refunded
4. Non-Refundable Situations
🚫 No Refund
- Player absence from match
- Rule violations by player
- Voluntary exit from match
5. Wallet Refunds
All eligible refunds are credited back to the player's in-app wallet. Wallet balance can later be used for tournament entry or withdrawn.
